Planning Committee Meetings
Planning Applications are considered either at our Full Council Meeting, held on the second Monday of each Month (excluding August) or at our Planning Committee which is held on the last Monday of every month (excluding August), the latter will only be held if there are planning applications to be considered.
All 13 Councillors sit on the Planning Committee and the current Planning Chairman is Cllr. John Pyne.
Woodbury Parish Council is only a Consultee on Planning matters and the Principal Authority – East Devon District Council makes the decision whether or not the application is approved, also apply any conditions.
